Michael D. Gallagher
Michael D. Gallagher is a resident of Center Township, Butler County. He serves as solicitor for many townships, boroughs, authorities, and zoning hearing boards throughout Butler County. He also maintains a practice in Will, Estates and Trusts, including Estate Probate and Estate Litigation. In addition, he practices in the area of grandparent rights as well as business law and formation. He has appeared in Courts throughout Western Pennsylvania including Federal Court and the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts. He is a cum laude graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. He taught legal writing as an adjunct professor at the Duquesne University Paralegal Institute. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and former Executive Committee Member and past President of the Butler County Bar Association. He served on the Butler County Legal Journal Committee and was a Co-Editor of the Butler County Legal Journal recent cases summaries. He is the author of the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the Middlesex Township Zoning Hearing Board in the Clean Air Council v. Middlesex Township litigation.

SEan M. Gallagher
Sean M. Gallagher is a resident of Middlesex Township, Butler County, and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He practices in the areas of estate planning, real estate, business formation and planning, and zoning and municipal law. While in law school, he worked for JURIST Legal News & Commentary, a web-based legal news and real-time legal research service based out of the University of Pittsburgh. He served as Managing Editor where he supervised a team of over twenty law students publishing commentary on contemporary legal issues written by law students, law professors, attorneys, judges, and other professionals working with the law. He holds a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland in Economics and Theology and graduated from Butler High School. He is a Past President of the Butler County Bar Association Foundation, the charitable arm of the Butler County Bar Association, a member of the Butler County Bar Association and was a Co-Editor of the Butler County Legal Journal recent cases summaries.
